Full day tours should be booked at least 48 hours before, and all other tours latest 24 hours before the scheduled activity is to start.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation 30–14 days before the date of the tour: Cancellation charge 100,00 €. Cancellations 14–1 day before your scheduled activity date: Cancellation charge 100% of the total activity price. This cancellation policy covers all activities booked directly with us. Any cancellations or changes must be in writing between Finnish time 8.00–17.00. All requested cancellations or changes must have a written acceptance by Q5 Safaris.
Warm winter clothing (incl. coat, trousers, boots, gloves) are provided for all the safaris. Winter clothes are available to rent at 80 € / a set for your whole stay (incl. coat, trousers, boots, gloves).
Additional husky farm cancellation policy for groups (6 persons or more)
Free cancellation min. 45 days before the day of the activity. If the whole group will be cancelled in less than 45 days before the date of the tour, 50% of the total costs will be charged, and if less than 14 days before the date of the tour, 100% of the total costs will be charged.
